Theme Park AG · Zürich

We give old websites a second life.

What we focus on

A long-term home for community platforms.

Plenty of platforms still earn their keep — community sites, content networks, niche marketplaces — but the code under them has aged out. We take those platforms on, rebuild them, and keep them running long after the rebuild is done.

— 01 / Audience

People still show up.

Traffic is real and use is loyal — the platform just isn't serving them well anymore.

— 02 / Tech

Stacks that fell behind.

Built for a different decade. Slow to change, costly to run, painful to extend.

— 03 / Horizon

Years, not quarters.

We take on platforms we plan to be running for a long time — not handing back next spring.

Have a platform that has outgrown its tech?

About

A long-term home for small online platforms.

Theme Park AG is a Swiss Aktiengesellschaft — a holding structure built to own and run software for the long haul. Most of what we work on is platforms we also have a stake in, which keeps everyone honest about where the time goes.

We'd rather earn alongside a platform than bill against it. Revenue share replaces fixed fees wherever it fits, so the work stays pointed at what actually moves a platform forward — audience, retention, the slow compound of a product that gets steadily better.

Calm by design. No outside investors waiting on a return, no end-of-quarter pressure to ship a feature that doesn't need shipping. The pace of the work matches the pace of the platforms we run.

What we do

Three ways we work.

We focus on small online businesses — buying or partnering with platforms that need a rebuild, and building software for the small and medium companies around them.

Platform engagements

— 01 / Acquire

Acquire, rebuild, and operate.

We buy small online businesses outright when the platform has a real audience but the technology, operations, or ownership are no longer keeping up. From the day we take over, we run the business end-to-end: rebuilding the platform on a modern stack, managing engineering and support, and extending the product with companion apps that connect to the platform and meet users where they already are.

Right fit when The current owner wants to step back, the work is structural rather than cosmetic, and what's needed is a long-term commitment — not a one-off project.

— 02 / Partner

Partner with revenue share.

The same operational engagement, but the owner stays. When a platform has a committed owner who needs the technical and operational lift, we work as a long-term partner instead of an acquirer. We rebuild the platform, run the day-to-day, extend it with companion apps — and we share in the upside through a revenue-share arrangement rather than charging fixed fees.

Right fit when Both sides want their incentives aligned around growth, and when the platform's future upside is worth more than a one-time payment.

A separate line of work

— 03 / Build

Software for small and medium businesses.

Beyond the platforms we operate, we also build software for small and medium-sized companies — websites, internal apps, integrations, and tools focused on connecting data so the business actually runs better.

How we engage On a project basis, or as an ongoing build-and-operate relationship — depending on what the team needs.

Examples of what we build

  • Internal apps that bring together data from CRM, ERP, and other systems so teams stop copying numbers across dashboards.
  • Customer-facing portals connected to back-end systems.
  • Modern company websites with the right CMS, integrations, and operations behind them.
  • Replacements for spreadsheet-based workflows that have outgrown their use.
